How to reset VelocityOne flightstick? ›

Once the firmware is updated and the Control Center is closed, disconnect and then reconnect the VelocityOne Flight unit to the platform you'd like to use it with, even if that platform is the same one you used to update the firmware. This will reboot the unit back into the normal operating mode.

Press and hold down all ABXY face buttons; at the same time, connect the Type-A end to the PC or Xbox. Keep holding the buttons down after the controller is plugged in. Do not release the buttons until all of the LEDs on the controller illuminate. Once all of the LEDs illuminate, release those buttons.

Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Factory Reset and press the power button. Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.

With the product turned on and not connected with a Bluetooth device, press and hold (about 6 seconds) the power supply/control button and volume buttons (+/-) at the same time. After the indicator lamp lights in red, the product will restart, and the reset will be complete.

Connect the VelocityOne Flight's included cables to the unit itself, and then to respective ports on the console/throttle quadrant. Please note that these cables and jacks are color coded and are not interchangeable. 6. Ensure that the Xbox Mode is selected on the Velocity Flight menu.

CONNECTING TO PC

Rotate the wheel again to select PC, and then click the wheel to set your Input Mode. Once selected, the mode will be stored in memory for the next time you use the Flighstick. Use the Flightstick's included USB cable to connect the Flightstick to the Windows 10/11 computer.

The Audio Hub program will automatically detect that the headset/mini transmitter have been connected, and will search for any available updates. If there is an available update, you will be prompted to perform that update.

To power off and hard reset the headset, press and hold the (Mute) button for 15 seconds. You may hear a sound as the headset turns off completely and the remaining power in its circuits discharges. Once you're done, connect the transmitter's USB power cable, then power on the headset.

On the back of your controller, you will find a tiny hole – the reset button is inside this hole. Use a small, unfolded paper clip (or something similar) to press and hold the reset button for at least five seconds.

If your controller is still having trouble and won't sync to your PlayStation 4, it may be time to run a full reset on the controller. This will revert your controller to its factory default settings, but don't worry—it won't affect your saved game data.

Reset your headset

When your Turtle Beach headset doesn't respond to anything and shows a red light, you need to do a 'hard reset'. Press and hold the 'Connect' and 'Mode' buttons for 20 seconds.
