Ingredients needed for Bite Size Apple Pies:
- sugar
- ground cinnamon
- refrigerated pie crust
- butter
- granny smith apples
- powdered sugar
- salt
- milk
- vanilla extract
- butter
How to make Bite Size Apple Pies:
- In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon, set aside one tablespoon to sprinkle on top of pies when finished.
- On a lightly floured surface, unroll the pie crust. Brush withtwo tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
- Cut each sheet into 8one inchstrips.
- Wrap one strip around each apple slice, placing sugared side of pastry against apple.
- Place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
- Whisk together glaze ingredients and drizzle over pies before serving.

Easy Bite-Sized Apple Pies Recipe
All the flavor of homemade apple pie in bite-sized form!

Ingredients
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 14 ounces refrigerated pie crust (1 package)
- 3 Tablespoons melted butter divided
- 2 granny smith apples each apple cut into 8 wedges
Glaze
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup butter melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a small bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon, set aside one tablespoon to sprinkle on top of pies when finished.
On a lightly floured surface, unroll the pie crust. Brush withtwo tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
Cut each sheet into 8one inchstrips (I used a pizza cutter to make cutting the strips really easy).
Wrap one strip around each apple slice, placing sugared side of pastry against apple.
Place on a baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar mixture.
Bake for 13-15 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
Whisk together glaze ingredients and drizzle over pies before serving.
Notes
- To cut the pie crust into strips, use a pizza cutter.
- You can also use pears for this recipe for a delicious twist!
